RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager, FreshConnections Director, FreshConnections
BASIC FUNCTION: Assist FreshConnections staff with the distribution of produce boxes at LifeBridge or other locations in Bridgeport.
- At distribution sites, dispense produce boxes to clients and collect their signature.
- Assist in the collection of client surveys that assess client satisfaction and client interest in other programmatic features.
- Answer questions and direct pedestrian traffic.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet the needs of the Agency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent or demonstrated skills.
- Familiarity with the FreshConnections Program.
- The ability to maintain a pleasant, helpful demeanor with a variety of personalities.
- A team player with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all those contacted in the work.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
