RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager, FreshConnections Director, FreshConnections

BASIC FUNCTION: Assist FreshConnections staff with the distribution of produce boxes at LifeBridge or other locations in Bridgeport.


  1. At distribution sites, dispense produce boxes to clients and collect their signature.
  2. Assist in the collection of client surveys that assess client satisfaction and client interest in other programmatic features.
  3. Answer questions and direct pedestrian traffic.
  4. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet the needs of the Agency.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent or demonstrated skills.
  • Familiarity with the FreshConnections Program.
  • The ability to maintain a pleasant, helpful demeanor with a variety of personalities.
  • A team player with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all those contacted in the work.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
