This program offers: Walk-In clinic for mental health services, intake and assessment, crisis intervention, trauma-focused treatment for children, individual and family counseling, group therapy, medication management, and inter-agency and community resource referrals. Bilingual services available.
If you are experiencing: family problems, parent/child conflicts, personal problems, anxiety, marital or couple problems, chronic mental illness, depression, child abuse, sexual abuse, or domestic violence, LifeBridge Community Services (LifeBridge) can help. Services are accessed through our Walk-In Clinic, which allows you to receive services at your time of need.
Walk-in Clinic Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Monday 9:30-5:30 (last start time for an intake will be 4:00pm)
Tuesday 9:00-7:30 (last start time for an intake will be 6:00pm)
Wednesday 9:30-5:30 (last start time for an intake will be 4:00pm)
Thursday 9:30-5:30 (last start time for an intake will be 4:00pm)
Friday 8:00-1:00 (last start time for an intake will be 12:00pm)
We accept the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare Medicare Complete, ConnectiCare, HealthyCT, and self-pay.
LifeBridge is certified by the State of Connecticut as a licensed mental health clinic for both adults and children.
