RESPONSIBLE TO:                    Director of Food Service Enterprise


Responsible to assist the Director in all phases of the Meals on Wheels program in New Haven.


  1. Perform client intakes.
  2. Establish and maintain client files.
  3. Interact with FSE Team and provide back up support as needed.
  4. Answer calls and questions from clients.
  5. Perform filing tasks.
  6. Assist with nutrition education activities.
  7. Perform site manager backup duties as needed.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to function as a member of a team.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse clientele and staff.
